Leicester Village
Day Associates designed the roadways, erosion control, water system, sanitary
sewer, and building design, for this 105 lot residential community and Doctor's
park.

Lake Julian Trails
Day Associates designed a 14-1/2 acre community with 141 mid-to-high-end town-homes,
a clubhouse and walking trails. The master plan involved the design of water
distribution, sanitary sewer, storm draining as well as the architectural design
of each townhome unit. Day Associates provided grading, construction and marketing
services also.

Riverbend Urban Village
Day Associates designed the roadways, erosion control, water system, sanitary
sewer system, and building design, for this urban village consisting of 240
units and 96,500 sq. ft. of commercial space.

Asheville's Fun Depot
Day Associates turned an old, rusted metal building that once housed a beer
distributor into a 60,000 sq. ft. family fun center. Today, families enjoy
laser tag, batting cages, go carts, a climbing wall, video games, mini-golf,
and an indoor play area. Asheville's Fun Depot also includes facilities for
no-hassle birthday parties and school trips, complete with food, drinks and
game prizes!
